No, I am not talking about hair. Gray is simply the metaphor for a natural process that, if embraced with care, is a thing of grace; a badge, an honor. Having made this realization myself, I am here to shout out that underneath every wrinkle, every gray hair, every possible shred of self-doubt, is a seasoned, beautiful human being who is still in bloom. It's time to shift the paradigm: It's OK to go gray.
Before I hit my forties, I lived a life of benign neglect when it came to the thought of aging. I knew that it loomed in the not so distant future and I took for granted the simple act of, oh, eating dinner at midnight and functioning at full capacity the next day. I never paid particular attention to my skin; and staying hydrated? Forget it. I knew that being older was often synonymous with being wiser but I could not have predicted its effects on my physical being. In essence, I have become a more experienced driver in a somewhat dated car. Aging is not always easy but we have the ability to enhance its course through healthy lifestyle choices. This is my mission and this is how I am here to help.
Sure, I can tell you what to eat or recommend a good multivitamin but this program is SO MUCH MORE! This is about looking at your life as a whole and carefully determining which areas need extra care and attention.
